Request a return authorization

  • All returns/exchanges requests must be received within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
  • All items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, etc.)
  • Red Star SALE items and Other Promo Sale items are considered Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
  • Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and/or 20% restocking fee.
  • Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as JFY is not responsible for lost return packages.
  • Returns/exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.
  • We will send you your new exchange order with complimentary standard shipping.
  • Please select Postal Insurance for $1.99 at checkout to guarantee coverage if lost or damaged. If this is not selected at checkout we cannot guarantee compensation if lost or damaged.
