I received an empty envelope with stamping from the post office that they received it empty. When I reached out to jfy, they initially did not respond. I reached out via email twice and via FB. I finally received a rude email from Tony stating the following “ We have responded to you, we have requested a refund from the post office.
Our policy is we are not responsible for lost packages and it is clearly posted on our site in 5 different places.
However we are making an exception for you and are trying to find the same item again to ship to you Free.
So please bear with us, we will advise you soon.”
This was a week ago and I’ve heard nothing since. The package wasn’t “lost”. the item purchased was either never in the envelope or it was stolen before reaching the post office. Regardless, I will never purchase from this vendor again. Customer service is clearly not a priority.
