Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Knoxville, TN.

During promotional periods, processing may take up to 2–3 business days.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If you purchased the JFY Package, lost or damaged shipments are replaced or fully refunded, up to the full order value.

If the JFY Package was not selected, shipping-related losses are not eligible for compensation unless the item is defective.
