Shipping & Returns


Orders are shipped via USPS from our warehouse in Knoxville, TN.

  • Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days

  • Promotional or high-volume sale periods may require 2–3 business days for processing

  • You will be notified if additional time is required

Shipping Rates

United States

  • Standard Shipping: $7.98

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $85

  • Store gift cards ship free of charge

Canada

  • Economy Shipping: $14.98

Returns (Standard Policy)

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, and returned with original tags and accessories

  • Sale items, doorbusters, and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return

  • Returns are inspected upon receipt

  • Items that do not meet return conditions may be denied, issued store credit, or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%

  • Approved returns are processed within 3–6 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on eligibility

JFY Package – Optional Protection ($2.99)

At checkout, you may add the JFY Package for $2.99, which includes:

  • Free return shipping

  • Free exchanges

  • Shipping insurance for lost, missing, or damaged packages

With the JFY Package:

  • Lost, missing, or damaged packages are replaced or fully refunded, up to the full order value

  • Return shipping back to our warehouse is fully covered

  • Exchange shipments are sent to you free of charge

  • Return or exchange requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery

We recommend selecting the JFY Package to remove shipping and return risk from your order.

Orders Without the JFY Package

If the JFY Package is not selected:

  • Return shipping fees apply

  • Exchanges are not processed

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Lost, missing, or damaged packages during shipping are not eligible for compensation, unless the item is defective
