Request a Return Authorization

To ensure a smooth and timely return process, all returns must meet the requirements outlined below.


Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free

  • Be returned in original condition

  • Include original tags and accessories (such as removable belts or straps)


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • SALE items

  • Doorbusters

  • Promotional or clearance items


Return Condition Review

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny a return

  • Issue store credit instead of a refund

  • Apply a restocking fee of up to 20%

…if returned items do not meet the eligibility requirements listed above.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returned packages arrive safely.

  • We recommend using delivery confirmation or shipping insurance for your return shipment.

  • JFY is not responsible for return packages lost in transit unless the JFY Package was purchased at checkout.


JFY Package – Optional Protection ($2.99)

If you purchased the JFY Package at checkout, the following benefits apply:

  • Free return shipping

  • Free exchanges

  • Shipping insurance for lost, missing, or damaged packages

With the JFY Package:

  • JFY will replace or fully refund lost, missing, or damaged shipments, up to the full order value

  • Return shipping to our warehouse is fully covered

  • Exchange shipments are sent back to you free of charge

  • Return or exchange requests are accepted within 30 days from delivery

Exchanges are only processed for orders that included the JFY Package at checkout.


Orders Without the JFY Package

If the JFY Package was not selected at checkout:

  • Return shipping costs apply

  • Exchanges are not processed

  • Customers must place a new order after a return is approved

  • Lost, missing, or damaged packages during shipping are not eligible for compensation, unless the item is defective


Return Processing & Refunds

  • Returns are processed within 3–6 business days after receipt

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on eligibility
